Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password, or the profile details shared by Google or Apple when you sign in with them, including your profile photo.

Activity in the app: the deals you claim and redeem, the businesses you follow, the ratings you leave, and your deal and notification preferences such as your search radius.

Business information: for business owners, the business name, Australian Business Number (ABN), address, contact details and subscription plan.

Device information: your device type, operating system and a push notification token so we can send you alerts.

Forsa-T uses your device location to show deals near you and to alert you when a deal is close by. Your GPS coordinates are processed in real time to calculate distance and are never sold to third parties.

You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings. Without it, you can still browse deals, but distance-based features and nearby alerts will not work.

To create and secure your account, including verifying your email or phone number with one-time codes.

To show relevant deals, issue single-use QR passes and confirm redemptions with participating businesses.

To send notifications you have opted into, such as nearby deals, new offers from businesses you follow and passes about to expire.

To verify businesses, including checking ABNs against the public Australian Business Register, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

When you redeem a deal, the business sees the details needed to honour it, such as your pass and the time it was redeemed.

We use trusted service providers to run Forsa-T, including hosting, sign-in (Google and Apple), push notifications and payment processing for business subscriptions (Stripe). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and businesses. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information unless we must keep it by law.

Passwords are stored hashed, QR passes use single-use tokens that expire, and access to personal data is limited to people who need it to run the service.

You can update your profile, change your notification and location settings, or delete your account from the app at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

Forsa-T is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
