Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the service, including creating fake accounts, claiming deals you do not intend to use, or interfering with how Forsa-T works.

Deals are offered by participating businesses, not by Forsa-T. Each business sets its own discount, conditions and time window.

When you claim a deal, you receive a single-use QR pass. It can only be redeemed once, at the business that issued it, before its countdown ends. Expired or redeemed passes cannot be reused or exchanged for cash.

Availability is limited and deals may end early or sell out. We do not guarantee that any deal will be available when you try to claim it.

Businesses can join Forsa-T with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription is billed monthly or annually, as selected, and Forsa-T charges 0% commission on sales.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and the cancellation takes effect immediately. Fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law.

Business owners agree to honour every active, unredeemed QR pass presented during its designated time window.

Deals must be accurate, lawful and honoured as described. Businesses are responsible for the products and services they provide.

Businesses must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and keep their business details up to date. We may verify this information and suspend accounts that do not meet these terms.

Ratings and other content you submit must be honest and based on a genuine experience. Do not post content that is false, offensive or infringes anyone's rights.

You give us permission to display the content you submit within Forsa-T. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

You can stop using Forsa-T and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse deals or put other users or businesses at risk.

Forsa-T is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Forsa-T is not liable for the products or services provided by businesses, or for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Forsa-T after that means you accept the updated terms.
